    Comments, Additional Information, References

Town of Hartland District No. 11 School at 2723 Johnson Creek Road was formed on October 17, 1849. Presumably the building was erected a short time later. The cobblestone building was torn down during the summer of 1910. A replacement (a wood frame building) was built and was ready for the fall term. Richard Palmer blog.
